The "One Day" in classroom session will be held at the Saugus Public Library, first floor, located at 295 Central St (across from Town Hall) Saugus, MA 01906 on Saturday, November 19, 2022 9:30 am until 3:00 pm or end of session. This 5 hour classroom session, along with the at-home 2-3 hour A.H.A "ESSENTIALS" computer training module will fulfill the in classroom requirements of the American Heart Association's Instructors Training Program.
STUDENTS MUST COMPLETE BOTH CLASS ROOM AND AHA ESSENTIALS MODULE TO BECOME CERTIFIED
PRE-REQUISITE FOR ENROLLMENT:
Students must possess a current A.H.A. B.L.S-Provider Certification OR an American Red Cross equivalent CPR Course Card. Applicants must be at least 17 years of age.
Important note: Required manuals will be mailed to Instructor Candidates along with on-line program keys and student study guide prior to classroom date. All candidates MUST bring your instructor manuals, study guide and on-line Certificate of Completion to the classroom session.
COST OF PROGRAM:
The cost of the program is $335.00 The cost includes all required Instructor and Workshop Manuals for chosen level and Two (2) year A.H.A. Instructors Certification in both levels of AHA BLS Healthcare and Heartsaver, and includes Instructor Certifications in AEDs and First Aid. Above cost also includes AHA Provider Certification Card, Handout materials, lunch and a Two Year Membership in EMT-TA's American Heart Association's Community Training Center.
